As our products are semi-custom, all washbasins are manufactured after order placement, and delivery times may vary. Upon request, we can provide an approximate delivery timeframe.

Cufate Concrete Basin is crafted by hand from high-strength self-developed concrete, with no fibers added. Its core advantages lie in exceptional practicality and wide scenario adaptability. Leveraging the properties of cement-based composite materials, it excels in durability, safety, and design compatibility. The sealed surface resists stain absorption—daily cleaning only requires water and a soft cloth, no special maintenance needed.

This concrete countertop sink centers on a minimalist geometric design, featuring a square shape with slightly rounded corners. Its lines are clean yet soft, and the basin depth meets daily washing needs. The evenly thickened edges balance a lightweight visual feel with the solidity of the material.

It comes in understated, muted color options: light slate blue, warm terracotta brown, soft brick red, foggy gray-purple, and pale beige. Each hue carries a calm, gentle vibe—they can either softly accent a space or coordinate with matching bathroom accessories.

In terms of styling, it fits various home aesthetics: In modern minimalist spaces, it balances materials and colors with matte white walls and metal hardware. In wabi-sabi interiors, its rustic texture and muted tones complement natural elements like wood and linen. For (luxury casual) settings, the warm terracotta brown or soft brick red variants add warmth to cool-toned bathrooms, pairing well with marble countertops or glass partitions.

This concrete countertop sink is defined by its "minimalist shape + muted color" core. It retains concrete’s raw texture and durability while softening the material’s coldness with gentle hues. As a functional and aesthetic bathroom piece, it seamlessly integrates into different-style spaces, bringing a low-key, textured visual experience to the washing area.

Concrete Washbasin Product Maintenance Manual

Thank you for choosing the cufate concrete washbasin. To keep the product’s unique texture and good performance for a long time, please follow the following maintenance suggestions to let the texture endowed by time accompany you longer.

1. Daily Cleaning Guide

The surface of the concrete washbasin has undergone special sealing treatment, but daily cleaning still needs to be gentle to avoid damaging the protective layer:
  • Cleaning Tools: It is recommended to use soft sponges, microfiber cloths or non-abrasive rags. Avoid using steel wool, hard bristle brushes and other sharp tools to prevent scratching the surface texture.
  • Cleaner Selection: Priority should be given to neutral cleaners (such as mild hand sanitizer with pH 7-8, diluted tableware detergent) or special stone cleaners. Do not use acidic cleaners (such as vinegar, lemon juice, toilet cleaners), alkaline cleaners (such as baking soda, bleach) and abrasive powder with abrasive particles, so as not to corrode the sealing layer or wear the surface.
  • Cleaning Steps: After daily use, rinse the basin with clean water, then wipe it dry with a soft cloth to avoid water stain residue. Perform a deep cleaning once a week: spray neutral cleaner on the basin surface, gently wipe with a sponge, then rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry.

2. Special Stain Treatment Methods

When encountering stubborn stains, targeted treatment is required to prevent stains from penetrating into the material:
Stain Type
Treatment Method
Precautions
Water Scale/Water Stains
Wipe with a damp cloth dipped in a small amount of medical alcohol or white vinegar (quick operation required), then rinse and dry immediately with clean water; or spray with a special water scale cleaner (confirmed neutral), let it stand for 1-2 minutes, then wipe and rinse.
The dwell time of white vinegar should not exceed 30 seconds to avoid long-term contact corroding the sealing layer.
Oil Stains/Cosmetic Stains
Apply diluted neutral detergent on the stain, gently rub with a sponge, then rinse with clean water and dry.
Avoid using industrial cleaners with strong oil-removing power to prevent damaging the surface gloss.
Paint/Ink Stains
Before the stain dries, wipe with a damp cloth dipped in a small amount of soapy water; if it has dried, gently wipe with a soft cloth dipped in a small amount of alcohol, then rinse with clean water.
Do not use strong solvents such as banana oil and turpentine to avoid dissolving the sealing layer.

3. Usage Taboos and Precautions

The following behaviors may cause product damage, please avoid:
  • Do not place high-temperature items (such as just-boiled kettles, hot pots) directly on the basin. Use a heat insulation pad to prevent high temperature from burning the surface or causing internal structure cracking.
  • Avoid heavy objects hitting or dropping items from high places onto the basin. Although concrete has high strength, severe impact may cause damage.
  • Do not soak acidic, alkaline or corrosive liquids (such as hair dye, disinfectant) in the basin for a long time. If accidentally spilled, rinse immediately with a large amount of clean water.
  • Do not use sharp objects (such as knives, scissors) to scratch the basin surface to avoid permanent scratches.

4. Regular Maintenance and Repair

Regular maintenance can enhance the product’s water resistance and gloss, and extend its service life:
  • Regular Wax Sealing: Every 3-6 months, you can use natural beeswax or special stone maintenance wax to perform wax sealing treatment on the basin. Dip a small amount of wax with a soft cloth, evenly apply it on the basin surface, let it stand for 10-15 minutes, then polish it with a clean cloth until the surface is smooth. This can effectively improve water resistance and texture.
  • Minor Scratch Repair: If there are minor scratches, you can use fine sandpaper with 400 mesh or above dipped in water to gently polish the scratch area, then wipe it clean with a soft cloth, and then perform wax sealing treatment to fade the scratches.
  • Damage Treatment: If there are deep scratches or small damages, do not repair them by yourself. It is recommended to contact the official after-sales team of cufate for evaluation and repair by professionals.

5. Warm Tips

The texture of the cufate concrete washbasin will become more mellow and warm over time. The daily maintenance process is also a process of growing together with the product.
